Founder & Executive Director
Anthony Browning
Foundation Anthony Browning is a manufacturing leader, engineer, and community advocate with more than 10 years of experience in advanced industrial operations and workforce development. With a background in engineering and technology , Anthony began his career in manufacturing, developing a strong foundation in problem-solving, systems thinking, and hands-on technical work. Beyond industry, Anthony is deeply committed to youth development and community impact. He actively supports programs that expose young people to STEM, skilled trades, and career pathways, emphasizing practical learning and mentorship. His work reflects a belief that opportunity is built through access, exposure, and preparation. As Founder of Growing Futures Foundation, Anthony brings together his experience in workforce development, engineering leadership, and community engagement to build programs that prepare young people for both career success and life readiness through skilled trades, job training, and personal development.
